This presentation is based on Tim’s experience of working in the payments industry for nearly 40 years. The talk will explore the development of contactless technology and describe how prevalent it now is. We will look into the technology now in use and security implications. Looking forward, we will gain an insight into emerging payment systems including mobile and how these could develop.
