Synopsis:
Aysar will outline the design process for cars, motorcycles, lorries and buses and will also outline the history of motor vehicle design. He will describe the design processes used from early 1900’s to today’s advanced methods including AI.
Dr. Aysar Ghassan holds an MA in automotive design and is the course director within the School of Art and Creative Industries at Coventry University; he investigated the discourse of Design Thinking research through using corpus linguistics and content analysis techniques as part of his PhD. He has published nearly 30 papers on issues including the social impact of design and technology, design philosophy, pervasive healthcare, aesthetics, marketing and pedagogical innovations.
